Two whale boats in sea, smoke/steam from funnels. Men on board preparing equipment. Whale surfacing. Man with harpoon watching whale. Harpoon hits whale, whale tossing in waves with harpoon attached. Whale tied to side of ship. Looking down to shark swimming in water, shark and blood in water as it preys on dead whale. At whaling station, two whales being winched onto deck, ship behind. Man watching as winch turns. Men sharpening curved knives next to whale carcass, men walking on top and around carcass, slicing flesh with long handled knives.
