Boy scout jamboree at Landsdowne Park NSW. Scenic shot of bushland. Laying tar for road, building temporary banks including ANZ, and telephone boxes. Unloading camp beds. Scouts arrive in boats, aircraft from Papua New Guinea, train to Lansdowne. Setting up camp. Looking at totem poles, lady scout masters look at cloth. Traditional Maori and New Guinea dances. March past with flags includes Singapore, Fiji and Papua New Guinea. Some people take photographs. Flashback to 1931,archival footage with Lord Baden Powell at Sydney jamboree making pledge.
