Funeral of either aviator Ross Smith (aviator) or his mechanic Lieutenant J. Bennett, both killed in a plane crash in England April 1922. Coffin draped with British flag, Crowd at Parliament House, Melbourne. Coffin & flowers carried on open vehicles through Melbourne streets, accompanied by military procession. Crowds outside Flinders St Station.
