Tug boat pulling vessels into port, VS ships on horizon and closer in. Naval officers alighting from ship, Captain & officers facing camera & saluting, rows of sailors on vessel, ship pulling alongside wharf. Removing hats and waving in air as if cheering. Crew on board stand to attention. Flag raised in sailor's hand as another approaches. Smaller craft full of sailors going to shore.
