Wife of drover sits on verandah hand sewing. Young infant in wooden box. Homestead with cows and young boy walking along edge of dam. Wife looks in cracked mirror. Sons of drover carry water cans as their mother sorts washing. Dry outback landscape with cloudy sky. Grey cloud. Small group of white birds on rock in shallow water. Three men on horseback ride over flat desert. They discover cow and horse carcass' floating in creek and the dead bodies of the drovers. Metal canister is pulled by horseman from shallow creek.
